Dr. Michelle Ischayek
A native of Southern California, Dr. Michelle Ischayek graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles before receiving her medical degree, from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona.
She completed her internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA and her residency in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine at Jefferson Northeast in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Attracted by the precision and naturalness of FUE surgery, Dr. Ischayek has directed her career to refine the procedure for optimal aesthetic results for her patients. In 2022 she was recruited by AlviArmani International.
An Associate Member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons, American Hair Loss Association and Director of Female Hair at AlviArmani, the industry is quick to realize why Dr. Ischayek was named one of LA’s Top Docs by Los Angeles Magazine and Pasadena Magazine.

Dr. Ischayek’s holistic approach to hair care needs leverages her experience as a dual-boarded, osteopathic clinician. Her comprehensive approach realizes that no two patients are the same and ensures no stone is left unturned for her patients. Her scope of practice includes the latest in evidence-based medicine including female FUE (follicular unit extraction), male FUE, hair health assessments and diagnostics, hair-related hormonal evaluations, prevention, hair-related medication management, exosome therapy, and hair product optimization.
When Dr. Ischayek isn’t treating hair loss, publishing papers, or giving presentations she is having fun with her family. An avid basketball fan, Dr. Ischayek keeps busy teaching her kids her wicked jump shot.
A studious member of the Los Angeles community, Dr. Ischayek gives back by volunteering at Our Big Kitchen Los Angeles (OBKLA) where they prepare meals for those in need to be distributed throughout Los Angeles. She is also a board member of Maman, a non-profit organization committed to assisting individuals and families encountering hardships.
